Alumina Zirconia ZA25

Alumina Zirconia is divided into three grades according to the content of ZrO2. ZrO2 10%-15% (low Zirconium alumina), 25%(medium Zirconium alumina), 40%(high Zirconium alumina)
Becens could supply ZA25 and ZA40. ZA25 has a high Al₂O₃ content (more than 68%) and a balance of hardness and toughness. It is suitable for manufacturing heavy-duty grinding wheels, especially for grinding high-hardness metals (such as cast iron and heat-resistant steel) and alloy materials. Its wear resistance is better than that of ordinary corundum.
